I am Mark Vahdatpour, Founder of MLandmark Construction. I came to this country 30 years ago with just one dream – to help build beautiful homes for people. I have been blessed to build and develop across the San Francisco Bay Area. From Atherton and Los Altos to Pescadero and Walnut Creek.

I began my career working with William A. Churchill and Jim Bell. My experience with them with them enabled me to build a respectable reputation with clients, architects, and sub-contractors across the Bay Area.

Clients choose to work with me because of my passion and attention to detail, quality, and adherence to timelines. I am also known for making the impossible possible when it comes to structural challenges. I value sustainability and leverage my creativity to get the most out of the resources – that includes the land’s nature and hidden space within the home’s architectural design.
